"Post-Racial"

What is "post-racial?" What does it really mean? I get that it's implying that our world now is not racially profiling anymore, but I feel like we still are. I won't get into detail about actual situations because I don't want to offend anyone, but racial profiling still happens in our school system. Our school's demographics are based on the percentages of each race. White kids occupy this percent of the schools, African American kids occupy this percent, and Asian kids occupy this percent. Many families send their children to certain schools because of these demographics. Even though Mayfair is a very diverse school, most are not.
