Stop the Cycle!
Racism has been going on for too long now, and even though it's something we all don't want to go through, we all have once in our life time. It's not a moment that we necessarily want to remember, or want to think about. But at some point and time we should go back and remember the time(s) something rude has been said to us, so that we remember what it was like to feel criticized because of our race. We need to keep that in mind so that we don't continue this harsh cycle and cause more bad habits. Everywhere you go you hear someone commenting on how people act, or how they're supposed to act, or even how they're "acting out of character". But what exactly is "acting out of character."? In our own perspectives we believe that we’re just being ourselves, but in other peoples perspectives we can be acting out of character. See we humans idealize, and characterize all races and we put them in our perspective of how they're "supposed" to act. But who are we to say how someone is "supposed" to act? We all need to work on bettering ourselves, and not worry about how someone behaves. They are who they are, and we need to appreciate just that.

I extremely agree with you. We all never want to truly remember the times we've been treated differently due to our race. We all claim we want it to end, however it continues because we allow to continue by pushing it ourselves. We may not even know it, but we could sometimes make racial remarks that may not bother somebody, but it may be taken the wrong way by another person and thats how the cycle continues. It's no longer like something EVERYONE does because we believe we are better than others (in most cases), but now it's just like a commonality amongst society.
